…with necklaces made of leather and hardly ever metal.

I’ll be the girl in the way too tight ponytail, pumping fists, fast-walking down the street in unfashionable sweats and free giveaway t-shirt, mouthing the words to each song, visibly be-bopping just underneath and just on top of the surface.

….always writing in pen…never pencil.

I’ll be the one biting off more than I can chew and then chewing as fast as I can.

….using too much soy sauce.

I’m the one not acting my age.

…..singing along way too enthusiastically in her car.

I’m the one with sunglasses on, sitting alone, knees to chest.

I’ll be the one with music on in the background of pretty much everything I do.

….with all the thoughts running rampant inside, inside.

I’m the one giving up my spot to you if you have 4 items and I have a 32.

I’m the one in fast forward.

…with two bulldogs in tow.

I’m the one talking in a high voice to your infant toddler, coaxing a smile.

…plagiarizing the life of a girl, a mom and a wife.

I’ll be the one with the pretty pink Ipod.

…..with no sense of style and really bad nails.

…..that’s scared on the inside.

I’ll be the one obsessively checking and double-checking the numbers.

I’m the one reading super fast.

….mostly drinking water.

…hopelessly addicted to the internet.

….trying hard to make you like me.

I’m the only adult at Best Buy playing Gamecube.

…clutching a fake Prada and not caring if you know.

….usually smiling…..like an idiot.

Just in case you see someone and you might wonder if it’s me.
